Durga Devi Zone is a hidden gem within Jim Corbett National Park, located in the park's northeastern hilly terrain. This zone is best suited for nature lovers seeking tranquility and bird watchers eager to explore the rich avian diversity.

The zone follows the course of the Ramganga River and Mandal River, offering picturesque views and a cool, refreshing environment. It is one of the few zones where you can spot the elusive leopard, and it's also known for sightings of mahseer fish in the river below.

Durga Devi is less crowded compared to other zones, making it ideal for peaceful, uninterrupted wildlife exploration.

After arriving in Ramnagar, visitors proceed toward the Durga Devi gate. This zone offers morning and afternoon jeep safaris with limited daily slots, so advance booking is highly recommended.

Safari drives include hilly trails, river crossings, birdwatching points, and leopard zones. The peaceful terrain provides a unique safari experience different from the more crowded core zones.

Return to Ramnagar after completing the safari, typically lasting 3 to 4 hours.
